Ray Villarreal
Founder & Managing Director
Fifteen years in hospital biomedical engineering before founding OneMedy in 2023. Still signs off every refurbished unit that leaves the warehouse.
Home / Our team
OneMedy was built by biomedical technicians, theatre nurses and procurement staff who got tired of dealing with vendors who had never seen the inside of a hospital. That's still who answers the phone. The person you speak to about a quote is the same person who follows it through to install.
Sales, biomed and the warehouse all sit at Holcombe Blvd. Nothing gets quoted without the bench team seeing it first.

Head of Business Development & International Relations
Owns manufacturer and distributor agreements, GPO and IDN contracts, export compliance and international sourcing. Anything crossing a border lands on his desk.
Director of Operations
Runs the warehouse, the install calendar and the service desk. If a delivery date has been promised, she's the one holding it.
Director of Sales
Handles capital purchases, clinic fit-outs and multi-site rollouts, and knows her way around a hospital approval chain. Works in English and Vietnamese.
Lead Biomedical Engineer
Leads refurbishment and field service. Signs the test report that goes out with every used unit — nothing ships without his name on it.
Quality & Compliance Manager
Owns calibration records, preventive maintenance schedules, FDA listings and export paperwork. Issues the certificates your auditor asks for.
Logistics & Installation Manager
Plans rigging, dock access and route surveys, and leads the crew that uncrates, sets up and trains your staff on site.
Customer Support & Billing Lead
First voice on the phone. Sorts invoices, POs, returns and warranty claims without passing you around three departments.
How this team works
Sales and biomed sit in the same building and review quotes together. If the bench team won't stand behind a unit, it doesn't get offered.
No handoff to an account manager you've never met. Whoever writes your quote follows it through delivery, install and the first service visit.
A slipped lead time or a failed inspection gets a phone call the day we know, not the week before delivery. It costs us sales and saves you schedules.
Working here
If you've turned a wrench on medical equipment, worked a hospital dock, or sold into health systems and want to do it somewhere the warehouse is thirty feet from the sales desk — send us a note. Mention the role you're after and attach a résumé.
