Stage 02
Quote & verification
Line-item pricing with lead times. Refurbished units come with a service history and test report before you pay.
Stage 03
Delivery & install
Our crew handles freight, rigging, uncrating and setup, then trains whoever will be using it that week.
Stage 04
Service after
Preventive maintenance schedules, calibration and repair. Loaner units while yours is on the bench.
03 — About OneMedy
Started in 2023, inside the largest medical district in the world.
OneMedy was founded by people who spent years on the other side of the counter — biomedical technicians and procurement staff who were tired of chasing vendors who had never set foot in a hospital. We set up on Holcombe Boulevard on purpose. When a monitor fails at 6am in the Texas Medical Center, we can be standing in front of it before the day shift finishes handover.
We supply new, factory-refurbished and rental equipment. Refurbished units are tested, documented and warrantied in-house rather than drop-shipped from a broker, which is why we're comfortable putting the test report in the quote. And because we service what we sell, we have a direct interest in not selling you something that breaks.
Hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care groups, dental and veterinary practices, DME providers and research labs all buy from the same desk. Call it and a person picks up.
